Constitution of Nepal (नेपालको संविधान)

The Constitution of Nepal Mobile App has been prepared for the purpose of making it easy and simply way to study of Constitution of Nepal which has been implemented since 3rd of Ashwin 2072 B.S. The Nepali and English book on the Constitution of Nepal used in this app is an e-book downloaded from the official website of the Nepal Law Commission http://www.lawcommission.gov.np. For easy reading, each section and schedule is included in the table of contents.

The Constitution of Nepal is the first constitution passed by the people's representatives elected by the historic Constituent Assembly. This is the seventh constitution of Nepal. This constitution has 35 parts, 308 articles and 9 schedules.

नेपालको संविधान एक नेपाली मोवाइल एप हो । नेपालमा वि.सं. २०७२ आश्विन ३ गते देखि लागू भएको नेपालको संविधानलाई आफ्नो मोवाईलमा सहज र सरल तरिकाले सबैले अध्ययन गर्न सकियोस् भन्ने हेतुले तयार गरिएको हो । यस एप मा प्रयोग भएका नेपालको संविधानको नेपाली तथा अंग्रेजी पुस्तक नेपाल कानून आयोगको आधिकारिक वेबसाइट http://www.lawcommission.gov.np बाट डाउनलोड गरिएको इ-बुकलाई हुबहु राखिएको छ । पढ्न सजिलो होस भनी यस संविधानका हरेक भागहरु र अनुसूचिहरुलाई विषय सूचिमा क्रमबद्ध गरेर पनि राखिएको छ ।

नेपालको संविधान ऐतिहासिक संविधान सभा निर्वाचनद्वारा निर्वाचित जनप्रतिनिधिहरुद्वारा पारित गरिएको नेपालको पहिलो संविधान हो । यो संविधान नेपालका संविधानहरुको सूचिमा सातौं संविधान हो । यस संविधानमा ३५ भाग ३०८ धारा र ९ अनुसूचिहरु रहेका छन् ।
